Biography
Jazzmine started learning ballet at the age of 6. She has completed the RAD Advanced Foundation Vocational Graded Examination. During her schooling years, Jazzmine also tried different genres of dance such as Chinese dance and contemporary dance where she participated in various concert performances and competitions like the Singapore Youth Festival (SYF).
Her passion for ballet and dance has grown over the years as she gained more exposure to ballet outside of the syllabus. As she progressed through the grades, her struggle with challenging ballet techniques have taught her to appreciate the science behind this beautiful art-form and she also developed newfound respect for her ballet teachers for their patience and passion. She likes to teach to help young ballerinas develop the correct techniques and to inspire them in the same way that her ballet teachers have inspired her.
