Street Dance (Hip Hop) for Adults is a great way to work out the body while having lots of fun dancing to the rhythm of today’s popular hip hop music. The students will learn about musicality and full body control. Through the course, students will learn about isolations, waves, body rolls, popping, floorworks and power moves. They will also learn how to move according to the pace and feel of the music. Be amazed by how naturally the body can groove once the music starts.
Likewise to the Hip Hop Kids, the Adults will get the chance to perform in our annual concerts and take the ATOD exams as well. For those who inspire to pursue dance further, these certificates will definitely help them enrol into professional performing companies or to become future dance instructors. The certificates are also useful in helping the students to get into Institutes of Higher Learning i.e. Polytechnics, JCs and Universities of their choice via the Direct School Admission scheme (DSA). It also beefs up on their resumes to show their all-roundedness in both study and talent in performing arts.
And for those who are really into Hip Hop after the introduction course, there are several levels to progress along i.e. beginners, intermediate, advanced and eventually elites. The elites programme is aimed at grooming dance talents to perform for professional shows and to become future instructors by exposing the elites students to high level training and several opportunities to perform and teach.

Break-dance, Breaking, B-boying is a street dance style that evolved as part of the hip hop movement among during the early 1970s. It is normally danced to electro or hip hop music, often remixed to prolong the breaks, and Breakdance sets usually end with freezes that halt all motion in a stylish pose. The more difficult freezes require the breakdancer to suspend himself off the ground using upper body strength, in poses such as the handstand!
