Ms Crystal Lee has been trained in Classical ballet since the age of 4 years old under the tutelage of Ms Cindy Toh. Having performed at several concerts and competed in competitions, she has accumulated an abundant amount of experiences from exposure to the stage. Crystal has been awarded distinctions and high merits for all her RAD grades up to Advanced 2.

She has obtained her Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies (CBTS), under the tutorship of Ms Lena Foo. Prior to the start of her Dancepointe journey, she has taught young children Ballet and relieved RAD graded classes up to Intermediate level for several years in various private dance schools, childcares and community centres.

Crystal and her team were awarded the Gold Award for SYF 2012 and International Youth Dance Competition (IYDC) 2013 Singapore. Previously while dancing under Crestar School of Dance, Crystal and her team clinched 1st place in their 3rd internal School Dance Competition.

In 2017, she has also taken part in Get The Beat Asia Dance Competition for group and trio, and Hong Kong Challenge Cup in which her team and her achieved the Bronze Award.

She has attended the Royal Academy of Dance Summer School 2014 and performed at the Republic Polytechnic Cultural Centre upon completion of the programme.

In 2015, she was honoured to have the opportunity to be one of the two dance models for Lisa Howell’s Dance Physiotherapy Workshop Singapore in which she was able to gain a wide range of knowledge regarding safe dance practice, body conditioning, preparing the body for pointe work and dance injuries prevention.

Besides her passion to teach and inspire others, she also believes that every dancer should be equipped with ample knowledge on their own body and the way it works in order to fully maximise their potentials and reduce injuries.

Crystal is confident and wishes to continue her creative career in a place where not only can she challenge herself but also pass down her skills and knowledge to the younger generations to come. She is passionate and hopes that she will be able to influence others to take up ballet as it trains one to become a fearless, meticulous and confident individual.
