The contemporary students brought back wonderful memories of their 5 days intensive classes with the world renowned Dance Company – Alvin Ailey and Broadway Dance Centre, learning contemporary, Jazz and Ballet. They had also experienced the Master Workshop on “Revelations” which is a popular Ailey piece.
Part of Kidz Education City (KEC Singapore), the First Singapore Children Enrichment Consortium in Shenyang.
Our Principal, Ms Lena Foo visited the school in June, and gave a presentation on the background of Royal Academy of Dance and its examination structure.

The tours to New York City Ballet, Lincoln Arts centre and experiencing shows and musicals such as The Newsies and Cinderella by The American Ballet Theatre, were all simply eye-opening and amazing!
The little kids of Dancepointe, along with their families, went for a joyful excursion to watch “Peter and Blue” performance at the Esplanade! They sure did enjoy themselves and were inspired by the dancers!
The parent and child excursion enhanced the great bonding between the parents and children through a Ballet performance. Theparents indeed gained a better understanding on their child’s dance education with Dancepointe.
